The house acts as a cocoon to restore yourself with wonderful days by the sea. Enjoy the spacious living room that is as cosy as can be, with its tasteful layout and chimney, and is filled with light thanks to French windows leading to the garden. This creates a huge living space with a dining room area, and fully equipped kitchen. The tasteful decor, in the Cap Ferret style, gives each bedroom an individual style where comfort awaits! The house is in a perfect location, in the heart of Cap Ferret. The neighbourhood is quiet and wooded, with a relaxing feel. A family ambiance that is also chic and relaxed. There is a supermarket, local shops, and a bakery close by, not forgetting the Cap Ferret market at the end of the road. You will love the delightful town centre, with lots of great destinations and famous restaurants! Mimbeau’s shacks to try local oysters are nearby and are essential for oyster tasting by the sea. The large ocean beaches, 400 metres west of the house, are what makes Cap Ferret famous. With miles of dunes lapped by the Atlantic, you will be in heaven if you love the ocean. Beaches, swimming, water sports, sailing – Cap Ferret has many waterfront activities.
